Fan-made fiction

SIGN HERE is fan-made fiction. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any football club, league or player. Real clubs appear by name only. Wages and contract terms in the story are story figures, not real ones. The football rules explained in the story are real and their sources are pinned under each part.

The vote

• Each part ends on a choice between two words. Comment one of them on Instagram to vote.
• Only comments that are exactly one of the two words count, one vote per account. Votes on the part and its short clips all count.
• Votes close 24 hours after the part goes out. If it's a tie, the most-liked comment decides.

Supporter Pass

• Price: £5, one payment, taken by Stripe. No subscription.
• What you get: your Instagram or TikTok handle in the squad credits at the end of every part, from the next part after you buy until the end of the current season; and a supporter number, given in the order passes are bought.
• Who can buy: you must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Order: the credits list every supporter by supporter number. There is no ranking and no way to pay to move up.
• Timing: names lock at 12 noon UK on the day a part goes out. Passes bought after that start from the next part.
• Handles: handles only, no real names. We can refuse a handle that is offensive, breaks platform rules or impersonates someone, and refund you in full.
• Refunds: full refund on request any time before your handle has appeared in a published part. If your handle never appears on screen, we refund you in full.

Partners and sponsors

• This covers your sign in a scene, a scene at your place, your product in the story, and sponsoring a part or a season.
• Rates are on application. Enquiring is free and commits you to nothing. Nothing is charged until we accept in writing and you have approved your scene.
• We write the story. You approve your scene before anything is published.
• Every paid placement is marked as an ad: the platform's paid partnership or disclosure label, and #ad at the start of the caption.
• Your brand is never shown doing anything dishonest or illegal, and never alongside the characters who do.
• Sponsorship is with SIGN HERE only. No football club is involved, and sponsor material never uses club names, crests or colours.
• We don't work with gambling, crypto, adult or weapons brands, or with paid-trial or "get scouted" schemes. We can decline any enquiry.
• Story series made for a brand are agreed separately in writing.

Privacy

• Team news: we keep your email address to tell you when new seasons go out. Reply to any email or write to hello@signherestory.com to be removed.
• Partner enquiries: we keep the company, website, contact name, email and message you send to reply to you and, if we go ahead, to run your placement. Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months.
• Supporter Pass: Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email and the handle you give us, and keep them to put your handle on screen and send your supporter number.
• Form entries are stored by our host, Netlify. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
• You can ask to see or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@signherestory.com.
